Dr. Matthew Targen Sakeuh
Is the Founder/CEO of Restoration International Community Outreach Association (RICOA) Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada Bachelor of Theology, Trinity College of the Bible, Newburgh, IN-USA Master (Missiology) Columbia International University Biblical Seminary, Columbia, SC--USA Mastor of Divinity, Slidell Baptist Seminary, Slidell, LA-USA Doctor of Theology, Slidell Baptist Seminary, Slidell, LA-USA.

Board Chairman
Dr. Sebastian Benaya
Is a Consultant in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton NB; Assistant Professor, Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, Dalhousie University.

General Secretary
Dr. Patrick Nalere
Is an advisor at JENNIS Finance and Country Director for IPA in Rwanda and Uganda. He has served as Executive Director at ARLAC (Zimbabwe), Country Director for Heifer International (Uganda), and Regional Director for both the International Institute of Rural Construction (Kenya) and WorldFish Center (Zambia). He holds a PhD from Leeds Beckett University, an MBA from International Health Science University, and both an MA in Economic Policy & Planning and a BSc in Economics from Makerere University.

Treasurer
Mr. Kaziya Chanda
Is an Employment Specialist at Eastern College. Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Former Permanent Secretary at Ministry of Labour and Social Security, and Former Labour Commissioner in Zambia. Currently Board Membership to Fredericton Chambe of Commerce, Multicultural Association of Fredericton. Holds Master of Human Resource Management ,University of Regina, Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) University of Zambi.
